Unlike standard graphite or ceramic crucibles, WC crucibles offer unparalleled hardness 90-92HRA and density 14.5-15.0 g/cm. These are specifically designed for applications where contamination must be minimized and the container must withstand aggressive abrasive forces or high-vacuum induction heating.
