Our Custom Non-Standard Tungsten Copper Alloy Blocks are high-density, precision-machined rectangular and cubic components engineered for demanding thermal, electrical, and mechanical applications. Produced via advanced powder metallurgy (isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering, and vacuum copper infiltration), these blocks combine the high hardness, low thermal expansion, and exceptional arc erosion resistance of tungsten with the high thermal and electrical conductivity of copper.
Engineered to exact customer drawings and dimensional specifications, these custom blocks deliver tight geometric tolerances, excellent flatness, and smooth surface finishes for EDM sparking electrodes, resistance welding dies, microelectronic heat sink bases, and high-voltage arc contacts.
Material Composition: Available in standard and custom grades (W80Cu20, W75Cu25, W70Cu30, W50Cu50)
Manufacturing Process: Isostatic Powder Pressing -> Vacuum Sintering -> Copper Infiltration -> Precision CNC Milling & Grinding
Length / Width / Thickness: Customized per drawing specifications
Machining Tolerance: Up to +/- 0.005 mm (Per drawing requirements)
Surface Finish: Fine milled, surface ground, or mirror polished (Ra 0.4 - Ra 1.6)
Custom Capabilities: CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM cutting, drilling, chamfering, and lapping according to 2D/3D technical drawings (PDF, STEP, CAD).
