1. Product Overview

Our W80Cu20 Tungsten Copper Alloy Rods (80% Tungsten, 20% Copper) are engineered through a precision powder metallurgy pressing, high-temperature sintering, and copper infiltration process. Designed specifically for high-stress electrical contact and machining applications, W80Cu20 combines the superior hardness, thermal arc resistance, and low thermal expansion of tungsten with the excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of copper. It is the ideal material choice for EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) electrodes, resistance welding tips, and high-voltage electrical Contacts.
