Manufactured through advanced powder metallurgy (pressing, high-temperature vacuum sintering, and copper infiltration), the W75Cu25 alloy (75% Tungsten, 25% Copper) offers high density, superior thermal arc resistance, and exceptional mechanical hardness coupled with high electrical conductivity.
These custom-machined short round bars and thick discs feature a fine surface finish, uniform microstructure, and precise dimensional control, making them ideal for EDM sparking electrodes, heat dissipation substrates, high-voltage arcing contacts, and resistance welding tooling.
